Our House?

This is almost our house...waiting for sellers to find their new house, then we can officially close!
It's a cute 3 bed, 1.5 bath colonial.
There's a real eat-in kitchen, dining room, and a sunroom off the dining room with a deck off of that.
Also a good sized living room with a fireplace!
The kitchen and baths are a bit dated, but in great condition and super clean, so we'll be fine. It really is move-in ready. We're so excited!
