Spinach and Artichoke Dip


I adapted this recipe slightly, from a fellow-foodie's cooking blog (thanks Crystal)

I swapped the jalapenos for a tablespoon of minced garlic.

I also used fresh chopped baby spinach.

And, I just baked it at 375 for 20 min because my crockpot was otherwise engaged (with cocktail meatballs).

Try this...you won't be disappointed! I served it with slices of yummy french bread!
