No-bake Cookies

You might remember making these in grade school. I'm pretty sure we made them in 6th grade, on a hot plate. It was probably some kind of a science lesson or something.
Anyway, they are good, and I guess they have fiber...so not totally unhealthy. I found this recipe on allrecipes.com

No-bake cookies
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups white sugar
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter
4 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa power
1/2 cup peanut butter (any kind you like, I prefer smooth, but you can use crunchy too)
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions
1. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and cocoa. Bring to good rolling boil and cook for EXACTLY 1.5 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, and stir in peanut butter, oats and vanilla.
3. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper
4. Let cool until hardened

I took this photo before the cookies were hardened, so they are still shiny. They turn more dull after they're cool and hardened.
Delicious!
